I was contacted near immediately after submitting a request via the contact form on the website. Spyro addressed my initial concern and performed a hydro jet cleaning of our main line. It was cool to see live video with his high tech equipment. The process was explained before, during, and after and increased my confidence in the job being performed. It’s so hard to find a great service provider these days but Empire is one of em!

I contacted Empire Plumbing with a clog in my basement bathroom. Spiro came promptly and brought all the equipment necessary to replace my sewage ejector pump.
